Who is Victor Ramayrat?
Victor Ramayrat is a marketing engineer in San Jose, California. He has 10+ years of marketing systems work at PwC, Tradeshift, Palo Alto Networks, and Redkix, which Meta acquired. He builds AI search programs, content systems, HubSpot workflows, and GTM stack integrations. He also founded Orbytt, Socient, A/GEO Agency, and AgentLedGTM.
What is a marketing engineer?
A marketing engineer has marketing judgment and builds the systems that do marketing work. Examples are AI search programs, content workflows, CRM automation, and the integrations between marketing tools. The goal is to replace slow manual tasks with systems that the team uses every day.
What role are you targeting?
Marketing Engineer, including forward deployed roles that work with customer marketing teams. I want a hands-on role where one engineer owns the technical layer of the marketing engine: the website, the integrations to the GTM stack, and the lead capture flow.
Is Victor Ramayrat looking for a full-time role?
Victor Ramayrat is not actively looking for a new role. He is open to a full-time role that is a strong fit for the needs of the company. The right role is one where his impact and the value he brings make a clear difference.
What impact do you have on an organization?
Three things change. The marketing team ships pages and campaigns without waiting on engineering. Leads arrive in the CRM complete, validated, and routed to the right rep. Leadership trusts the numbers, because tracking and attribution work from first visit to closed deal.
What AEO and GEO work have you done?
For Canine Companions (canine.org), a national nonprofit and a Socient.net client, I ran an AI search visibility audit. I added schema (JSON-LD) to the WordPress site. I changed key pages and FAQs to an answer-first format that also covers the follow-up questions that AI assistants ask. I published llms.txt and set crawler rules for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot. I also optimize the sites that I publish for search and AI visibility: AgentLedGTM (agentledgtm.com), Orbytt (orbytt.ai), Prema (prema.ai), DirectCareHQ (directcarehq.com), SideHustle (hustle.sh), and The Business of Music (businessofmusic.co).
What HubSpot and workflow automation work have you done?
For One Purse, a nonprofit, I moved the marketing database from Mailchimp to HubSpot. I cleaned and moved donor, contact, and event records from Zoho. I built HubSpot custom objects for event ticketing and purse donations. Each purse donation has an ID and a barcode or RFID field, so the team can track each purse from donation to sale. I also built a kiosk intake form for live events, HubSpot forms for the website, and newsletter workflows. I did this work as a consultant for Pegasus Strategy Co. For the ITIL.com community, I build the community on Gradual.
Where are you based?
I am based in San Jose, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Do you write production code?
Yes. I write HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript for marketing websites, and I build on React and Next.js. I build in Framer, Webflow, WordPress, Contentful, and Sanity.
How do you handle unclear requests?
I ask what result the business needs. Then I write a short technical plan with two or three options and the tradeoffs of each. I explain the plan in plain language so marketing and sales leaders can decide fast. Then I ship it and measure it.
How do you use AI in your work?
I use Claude Code and Cursor to write, test, and ship code faster. I run AI workflows and webhook automations in n8n and Zapier in production, for client teams and for my own platforms. A small marketing team gets the output of a larger one.
What about your own companies?
I built and run Orbytt, Socient, A/GEO Agency, and AgentLedGTM end to end. That work made me a better engineer, because I own every system and every result. My ventures run without my full-time attention, so I can commit fully to one team.
